Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Products such as perfumes would not be accepted for return after the packaging is opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without any prior notice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected thoroughly, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over tsh.200000/=, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure the quality of the products is never compromised.

 

Are these products actually in stock?

We stock all of our products listed on this website. So, unlike some of our competitors, we deliver our products directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

 

Do you sell secondhand products?

No. We only sell 100% brand new goods.

 

What if I receive a defective item?

We try our best to make sure that does not occur, but stranger things happen. We have protocols in place that can aid in rectifying any discrepancies with your order. If you have received an item you think is defective or not functioning as expected, simply contact us within 5 days of receiving.

 

What if I order a product and I don't like it?

We operate a full 7 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 7 days as it was delivered to you and after thorough inspection of the product by the staff , you can request for a refund.

Yes, most of our watches come with the full international manufacturer's guarantee with our official stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.

 

Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer - your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it
